What is the level of planning supported by Quantics?

Quantics focuses on tactical to operational planning. This includes S&OP on the tactical level (e.g., demand forecasting, production planning such as MPS and RCCP) and S&OE on the operational level (e.g., inventory management with replenishment suggestions). The solution is not intended for detailed machine-level scheduling on an intraday basis.

How does Quantics integrate with our existing systems?

Quantics does not replace your ERP system - it makes it smarter. The solution can be flexibly integrated into your existing IT landscape, including ERP and other relevant planning systems.

Can we scale modules or users over time?

Absolutely. Quantics is modular by design. You can start with just one function - such as Demand Forecasting and Planning - and expand to add for example Inventory Management and Production Planning. The platform also scales easily to support more users and broader geographic or organizational rollouts.

What are the modules and add-ons of the Quantics platform?

Modules are the main building blocks of the solution. You can start with a single module - for example, Demand Forecasting & Planning - and later extend to others as your needs grow. Add-ons are functional extensions of modules. Their availability depends on the selected module (e.g., Inventory Optimization requires the Inventory Management module). Some add-ons, such as the External Data Hub, are more flexible and can extend multiple modules.

Where is Quantics hosted and can we run it privately?

By default, the Quantics solution is hosted and managed by us in a secure cloud environment. However, if your IT strategy requires more control, we also support deployment in your own private cloud infrastructure - giving you flexibility over data residency and system operations.

What’s the financial commitment to get started?

You can validate your business case through a competitively priced Proof of Concept (PoC). If successful, you can roll out on a SaaS basis with an annual fee that scales based on your organizational scope - from a single business unit to full enterprise-wide deployment. Later, if desired, you can transition to a perpetual license for full control.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation depends on your scope - the modules and add-ons selected – and whether you prefer a full rollout or a phased go-live across business units. For our core forecasting and planning solution, deployments can start delivering value in just a few weeks.
