Yes. Our goal is to ensure a fast and high ROI. We provide a tailor-made quote that considers your planning needs (customer scope - regions, users, plants), the value created, and the solution scope (modules and add-ons) selected. On top of this base usage fee, surcharges for additional support services or self-hosting (due to higher operational effort) may apply if requested.
In general, the usage fee covers usage rights, operations, maintenance, support, and ongoing development based on the Quantics product roadmap. In the case of a perpetual license, the structure works differently - we are happy to provide individual consultation for any questions in this regard.
All services not explicitly included in the usage fee are optional and charged based on your needs. This includes, for example, implementation projects, requested data science consulting, or software development support. For details, please also refer to the services page.
